German as a Foreign Language (GFL)
German is spoken not only in Germany, but in Austria, Switzerland and other Central European countries as well. It is the most widely spoken mother tongue in the European Union and one of the most widely spoken foreign languages. You will learn the basics of the German language either one-on-one or in small, internationally representative groups composed of a maximum of four participants. Instruction is clearly structured and is oriented towards the Common European Framework of Reference for Language (CFR). Up-to-date course materials, which link text and vocabulary exercises, as well as linking grammar and phonetics with conversation, enable effective learning. We prepare you for various certifying exams: Certificate German B1, Intermediate Exam C1, or the TestDaF Exam. In addition to exam preparation, MACHU PICCHU offers German for specific professions.
