General Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms

Participation in a course is only possible if payment has been made before the beginning of the course.

Course Enrollment

In order to enroll for a language course it is necessary to send a fully completed application form via mail or Email. Underaged participants must have the application signed by their parent or guardian. By signing and returning the completed application, the client accepts our Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation Before Course Begins

Cancellations for courses must be in writing only. A cancellation up to two weeks prior to beginning of a course will be free of charge. After that time, 20% of the course fee is due. In the event that the participant fails to attend a course, the course fees must still be paid in full.

Cancellation After Course Begins

Partial or full cancellations of courses is not possible after the course has begun. If a participant fails to attend course session(s), or the chosen programme he/she is enrolled in, course fees will not be refunded. If however, MACHU PICCHU-Sprachkurse cancels course sessions, they will be rescheduled at a mutually agreeable time, and there will be no additional charge to participants.

Cancellation Due to Under-Enrollment

MACHU PICCHU-Sprachkurse reserves the right to cancel a course if the minimum number of participants cannot be enrolled. In this case, the course fee will be refunded to you in full. One-on-one lessons may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the arranged appointment. If not rescheduled, the expenditure of time must be repaid in full.

No courses will take place on holidays.
